Born in Miami, FL Butler has seen the diverse landscape of South Florida Real Estate transition in astonishing ways, and has an eye for long term Real Estate Investment opportunities within this community. Beginning his Real Estate Career in 2017 as a Licensed South Florida Realtor Butler J Duroscar has extensive experience in the Real Estate Investment space. Working under prominent South Florida investment real estate brokerage Bayview Realty Inc, Butler started off his career primarily in the Single Family home Investment space. Specializing in Tax Deed, Foreclosure, and Probate property acquisitions, and dispositions Butler developed an eye for under valued property, and the power behind “purchasing right”. As his mentor and Broker always said “you make your money on the buy” Butler successfully navigated a fire hot, South Florida market by working with burdened homeowners to produce win, win situations for both homeowners, and his firm. In the single family investment space is where Butler discovered his first opportunity to manage a portfolio of Section 8 single family homes for a partner investor of his employed firm, here is where Butler had the opportunity to craft his property management knowledge, learn to effectively deploy capital to Real Estate Assets, and learn HUD Section 8 compliance. After a successful stint working in single family home investments space, as well as property management, Butler realized his efforts would be better suited, and reward in the Multifamily Real Estate space. In 2019 Butler enrolled in Real Estate Finance, and Investment Analysis certification offered by Bruce Kirsch, and Dr. Peter Linneman of The Wharton Schools Real Estate Department. “1 building, many doors” in 2022 Butler founded Agility Equity Management, and Partners.
